I custom made this xbox with a PIC microcontroller and about 7 RGB LEDs. I just wrote a simple PWM program to change the LED colors. For about the first minute there is an into color changing pattern. After this intro the colors go into an infinite loop of really slow fading. I decided to make it really slow so it wouldnt be obnoxious while playing for extended periods of time. I may do something like this for the slim when I get time, but with a bigger window. I ran into problems with all my wiring and ended up having a much smaller window than initially planned.
